Delivery:

In most cases, parcels will be charged at a flat rate of $9.00 for standard delivery to Australian addresses. Delivery is via Australia Post.

Should you require your goods in a hurry, please add the Express Postage item to your cart, this item is an extra charge to cover the costs Express Post Parcel & handling. Choose your area from the drop down box, for more details on our Express Post Parcel charges please click on  Express Post Parcel from our products list.

Bulky items may incur an extra charge, this will be advised when your order has been received.

For orders outside of Australia, Knick Knack Party Pack will gladly post via Australia Post, please email us prior to check out for postage rate and delivery times.

Orders will be posted within 24hours of funds being cleared.

Should you require delivery to a different address please advise at checkout.

In most cases you will have your order within 7 days or less.

Privacy:

Knick Knack Party Pack will treat your personal information and privacy with the highest of respect. Your personal details are only used for the purposes of processing and delivering your order. We will not provide, sell, lease or swap your personal details to any individual or company except where required by law. All information is kept securely and confidentially.

Order Processing Security:

Our site processes your orders securely. Please do not send Knick Knack Party Pack personal information by email.

Out of Stock Items

We pride ourselves on our accuracy of inventory although from time to time stock levels can be incorrect, we will notify you should this occur.

Should the item you require be out of stock, please contact us, because in most cases we either have that item ready to be delivered to us or can order the item when required.

Returns/Faulty Goods:

Knick Knack Party Pack aims to provide goods of the highest quality, every item is checked before posting to ensure quality control. Should you find your item to be faulty we will gladly exchange or refund the cost of your item, provided it is returned in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The cost of postage/delivery will not be refunded.  We only refund or exchange  if  goods are faulty, not because you have changed your mind.

Should you receive faulty goods, contact us via the contact us page or  phone us on 02 47399224 as soon as possible.

Knick Knack Party Pack cannot and does not take responsibility for items that have been lost by Australia Post.
